IT was indeed a question discussed by mediaeval scholars. The point being that it was always known that angels are spiritual beings, non-corporeal, in modern parlance not material, not governed by the laws of physics as we now understand thrm, and so angels might be of any or all sizes.

I'm not exactly sure of the relevance of this here, Gramps, but it and Aquinas are interesting. I can go with it, though it might run better in the Spirituality forum. On second thoughts, having seen the nature of many of the comments there, maybe not!

Were you even active in these forums when Dive made that remark? How would you know whether or not i stayed quiet or the context it which it was made? I certainly have no memory of it, other than what has been said about it recently.

I really can't see what you are getting out of these forums. Yes people disagree and argue, but then they pop up in some other thread discussing something light hearted. You however seem to have only one gear, and it's not a pleasant one. If Dive and FMF stopped replying to you your entire RHP experience would implode. That's a bit sad to be honest with you.

Existentialist philosophy is polar opposite to jw dogma.

Existentialism is a philosophy that emphasises individual existence, freedom and choice. It is the view that humans define their own meaning in life
