I cried during "Titanic." Mainly because I was crying "Why would someone want to spend three hours watching a film where you already know that the damn boat sinks?!?" It was painful, like an ingrown toenail, and sad, like... well, like spending three hours on a film when you already know the ending. I also cried at "The English Patient." I was crying "Why would someone want to spend three hours on this boring dying English guy?!?"

Yes, first time, and yes, the soundtrack is great. It was easy to see (or rather hear) why the filmclub had chosen this film as one of the films shown in connection with a seminar on sound and music in films.
