Basically, it gets farmed out a gaggle of mongs who the bank deemed, at interview stage, unsuitable for dealing with the general public. Given some of the mongs that are employed by branches this fact should cause any mortgage applicant a few sleepness nights.
Which bank? I got mine with Natwest and they were great until the approval and the signing of the contract. Then it took them forever to complete the process with the solicitor and it almost fell through because the seller started to get fidgety.
On the bright side they do tend to get their in the end and I don't think Huck is the type of man to panic.

As long as the roof stays on, i don't care. I saw a roof covered with solar panels and thought "I want me one of them one day"...i'm going to look into it.
Originally posted by huckleberryhoundSorry mate, they do get you there in the end so don't worry. Might be easier in the South, I really don't know, but the conveyancing was really awkward when I was buying a house. We had other problems, though, like one of walls was a support wall and the sellers had knocked through it. When they came to do the survey the guy said "how is this place still standing, I'm gonna take a photo: it's defying physics."

So maybe I just got a rough passage and you won't have half the crap to put with.

Originally posted by demonseedif the mongs weren't keeping their inboxes at maximum capacity, management would be sure to notice there were too many mongs.
