All the banks are like that. When it comes to the sale section they are all over you since it generally contributes to the bonus that the staff receive, particularly life insurances, payment protection and income protection policies. Once they get you signed up it generally gets outsourced to another department within the bank structure. Basically, it gets farmed out a gaggle of mongs who the bank deemed, at interview stage, unsuitable for dealing with the general public. Given some of the mongs that are employed by branches this fact should cause any mortgage applicant a few sleepness nights.

On the bright side they do tend to get their in the end and I don't think Huck is the type of man to panic.

As long as the roof stays on, i don't care. I saw a roof covered with solar panels and thought "I want me one of them one day"...i'm going to look into it.

Sorry mate, they do get you there in the end so don't worry. Might be easier in the South, I really don't know, but the conveyancing was really awkward when I was buying a house. We had other problems, though, like one of walls was a support wall and the sellers had knocked through it. When they came to do the survey the guy said "how is this place still standing, I'm gonna take a photo: it's defying physics."

So maybe I just got a rough passage and you won't have half the crap to put with.

The AAARRRGGHHH was for comedic reasons. I think we'll be somewhere before the autumn, that's for sure. We're keen to buy and happy to pay. As long as we get a bit of a garden, three bedrooms, and a decent school nearbye.

if the mongs weren't keeping their inboxes at maximum capacity, management would be sure to notice there were too many mongs.
