This evening while watching Saints/Vikings game on the "lobotomy box" a commercial for Burger King aired. You can get a BK something or other burger for a dollar. This afternoon I was in Starbucks where for the same dollar you can get a ripe banana and ten cents change. Who has more trouble sleeping at night, the execs at Burger King or Starbucks?

You can't honestly tell me that a fast food burger like the Big Mac or double Whopper is one serving size, not to mention the loads of fat and sugar that is in those things. Eating those things for lunch is literally a death sentence on your afternoon productivity.
I do not stand in judgement, as I am guilty of ignoring these same obvious truths while I slobber over a Big Mac myself, but I am now aware that these fast food items are clearly not created in our best interests.
