As to my friends from the Netherlands: The penalty was probably not really a penalty, but the foul in the endphase would have been worth a penalty... And the Netehrlands should have been champions (as they should have 1978)
And may I add: had honesty prevailed, Germany wouldn't have been the worse, because you should have won '66. That, too, was a travesty of refereeing.
