Gena Rowlands passed away yesterday at the age of 94. The excellent American actress was married to film maker John Cassavetes and together they made remarkable films like 'A Woman Under The Influence' and 'Gloria' to mention a couple. She also acted in 'The Notebook' and many other good films.

I watched The Intern with Robert de Nero & Anne Hathaway yesterday, a lovely lighthearted film with De Nero playing a charming character.
