Couldn’t quite remember who he was yesterday then heard about him on the news. He had done a very personal interview with his wife Prunella Scales who had been suffering with vascular dementia. He was described as having been a most wonderful carer for her during that time. She will be lost without him 😥

They both seemed very nice and had a long, happy marriage, her dementia didn't stop them from being active and having fun. Their son Samuel West acted in All Creatures Great & Small.
