Based on your thinking, should we stop teaching children how to count because if they can't do something so easy what will happen if they try to do something more difficult like solving a differential equation!? 😕
Kids must ask for help in the right manner - this should apply whether you are a chav or whether you are Gadaffi's kids. Perhaps we should make exceptions for spoilt brats then?

Indeed in this context Linux "whore" means one who has sampled many different distros.

I turned on my Windows box at 10:00am this morning to copy all of my files off my hard drive onto my USB hard drive so I can swap over to my Linux box. Been out, watched the game, got pissed, come home had me tea and cracked two more cans and it is still copying the files over. It's only 50 GB and I'm still waiting. 😕
As soon as it is done I will be shutting down and swapping over to try it out.
USB 1.0; Bloody 'ell. 🙂
PS I'll let you know.

2. If the guy can't even install flash then he shouldn't be messin about with Linux - he says he has been back to Windoz several times. What if he was actually doing something of some degree of difficulty like partitioning or installing Debian/FreeBSD?
3. I credit this thread though with something - I have woken up and hopefully suffer no more timeouts. Th ...[text shortened]... ews is that douches who post threads titled like this will face both barrels of my shotgun. 🙂
*sigh*
You sir, are the reason the common PC user will go back to Windoze [sic], as your attitude here sucks balls.

Right biatches, I'm here, where are we, what we doing, and will someone get that bloody kettle on?
Success with Linux requires complete focus and copious amounts of tea, you are best going for a fair trade tea with the kettle being stopped before full boil, the use of acid as a sweetener makes a nice touch I think.
After that you need to make sure that your hardware is supported and that your expectations are correct.
Understanding a Nux*** package manager while trying to make comparisons with Windows is like walking around Currys and getting sexually aroused, it could work but is not healthy or right (and would appear to offend the female staff so the shop manager says).
Ubuntu is your best bet because it is supported by Homosexual, Heterosexual communities and ALL Alien races.
Please post your questions here and I will endeavour to answer every question in a way that will be of no use to you what so ever.
