keep the skin on the garlic (i presume you do anyway) and mash the garlic into your potatoes when finished. tastes good and you don't waste all that garlic.

When we're at home, we just use a george Forman (cant beat the real thing, but that's an eating out event), and use the Korean spices and sauce. Wrapping up freshly cooked lamb in Lettuce (we don't buy pork loin for the house, just use the deli thin raw lamb and beef that you use for chinese hotpots), with raw garlic and green chilli pepper....yum yum.
