Now THIS is what I want to hear! I've never had a stuffie, had to look it up...it's ground-up clam meat, mixed with stuffing and/or sausage and then steamed in the shell? Nice!! What went into the chili? Was it spicy? And what kind of ribs, side or back? What kind of SAUCE, for godssakes?!? Might as well start flagellating myself right now...
