The nuance of language is spoken, not written...

Grampy Bobby,
I'm using this thread to express a wish that you would consider using words that are easier to understand for players, who don't have English as their first language, such as me, for instance. Many posts are lost to me as I fail to understand what you mean. I hope you don't mind me bringing this up.

The post that was quoted here has been removedSocieties in the western world changed dramatically with the indutrial revolution, which began in Europe, and with the technological revolution in the USA. Language isn't some kind of touch me not inhibited ostrich, which seeks consolation by burying its head in the sand of the past. Language simply evolved to accomodate and as a consequence of these overarching changes, imo.

The post that was quoted here has been removedAgree with the thrust of your point (if not the desperate flailing around, tangent digressions in search of examples). Question you may wish to consider is "Who gave human beings the brains to be smart enough to appreciate, refine and value language"?

As there is no question in this, It would be hard to answer...I take it the question should've been "How and when did language get to be so smart?", yes?
If it is the question, then the answer is simple....Language is a non sentient idea, and therefor can't have sentient intelligence. It is the person using the language that is smart or not.
S ...[text shortened]... and meaning including names and places.
The rest of your statement is plain ol bunkum.
And you have such ego to state that the rest of his post is bunkum?! Is that a fact? If so, does it make it a fact simply because you, the hound, say it is so?! Or would you have the cajonies to man up and admit to an opinion?
Here's my opinion, you rarely have anything of any value to post. Simple cheap-shots and sarcasm. I try to like you and get along with you but your nature is just too caustic. Take a break dude. If your life is centered around being an internet bully then I guess you are being all you can be (as the Army ad states) 🙂 Good luck with that... Your act is tired.
I won't bother to brace myself for your rebuttal. You're only going to expose yourself.
