Eek! Scary!

You trying to take over the world or something? I love multiple monitors, but that is a little too much for me.

I use hardcopy extensively, and it's superb once you've set up the different key combos to do what you want. It even saves the screenshots to file automagically, if you want.

Not that I'm advocating this as a solution to your particular problem, but using Adobe Bridge and Photoshop, you can batch crop all of the 100s of saved screenshots in about 10 clicks and a couple of minutes.

Given limited resources, you could use the command line editor imagemagick to do the same for you, but the learning curve is a bit steeper.

My God! There's an actual use for Adobe Bridge?!

Next you'll be saying you open up things in Contribute!

...or just download free app FastStone Photo Resizer. Batch resize, crop, rotate, watermark, add text, give border effects, adjust colour, change canvas size, save to different format and rename.

Another awesome app I couldn't work without.

It's primarily an image editing piece of software. I wouldn't have thought it would be he best solution for creating full documentation.

I use bridge as extensively as I use Photoshop. I use it for organising, rating and batch processing primarily.

If u don't use bridge how do you batch edit in PS? By choosing a folder as ur source?

I've never needed to batch edit anything in PS before.

I've only ever used Bridge to get thumbnail previews of PSD files when I'm looking for stuff.
