Much has been said about Orks and Elves stealing work from Cows.

This is easily fixed, I propose a three tier strategy with the Cows promoted to managerial level, the Elves relocated to administration and the Orks confined to the shop floor.
When carbon accumulates on the top floor it can be sent to administration for processing and then actioned by the shop floor, who will then send it back to the top floor thus eliminating the problem.

Such a strategy actually was the reason for the enmity between the mentioned groups...

Since the introduction of fancy "high carbon" toilet paper in all toilets any ill feeling has been dissolved.
