Yes, and that will happen even if we remove every single human from the earth. I know that there is a problem since the ice cover on Greenland is getting thicker as it is some other places.

2006 was the warmest year in the UK since records began, and let's not forget the 2003 heat wave in europe.
When I think of Global warming I like to think about it in terms of water, these raising temeratures will/are melting glaciers around the world; this is/will cause many problems with water supply.
If Global warming occurs regardless of us (as you argue), but at a slower pace, we would have more time to adapt to it.
But Global warming is happening (at a faster pace you accept) than what it would otherwise, this is causing the problems we are/will be facing.
Therefore the conclusion that we are causing the problem is not wrong, as we would be able to adapt (over the longer time frame) if we weren't accelerating the problem.

- My understanding is that the edge of Greenland is rapidly melting, but the centre is getting thicker; the higher temperatures are causing more rain.

Some highly populated areas are getting slightly warmer, I have been told, but these dudes who makes these comments always forget the second half of the story. Some other areas are getting colder, perhaps there is just re-alignment between the climate zones.

If all of it were getting colder the edges wouldn't be melting.
Edit: I would say that it isn't getting colder, there is just more more snow (at the centre of Greenland) because of the higher temperatures causing more precipitation.

Oh dear...😞
Here is U.S. we have a major joke about global warming and Al Gore.
He uses more energy in his house per month as two regular households (houses) per year.
He talks about global warning, but he is much worse abser than most of the people. Ohhh, I forgot, he is liberal and their rules do not apply to them, just the consevative ones!
