I have tried to quit several times.Best try was 3 years back, stopped for 2 weeks.A mere 2 weeks!Geez!I wish all those who want to quit the best of luck and a whole lot of strenght.😏 For me,well,I'm not even thinking of quiting anymore.I would be happy if I can narrow it down to 10-15 a day.Currently I smoke 25-30 a day, that's really too much:'(
Who cares if you are giving up smoking? It's easy anyway, you just need some will power. Don't talk about it. If you were really confident about giving up you would not need to talk about it. The fact that you are talking about giving up means that you are not really that confident and have no faith in yourself. I give you a week. Really just do it instead of talking.

Nicaton is very addictive and your body becomes dependent on it as it will do on any other drug is used over exessively.
for that reason its very hard to quit.
