anyway............back to red dwarf.
got to say i was a bit disapointed with the new episodes, only laughed a couple of time, loved the sneezing through a sieve to help do the ironing.
id like to see the show get in some fresh writers who can give the shows style a more contemporary feel, the dialog seemed to forced, gags were crowbarred in rather than flowing naturally.
maybe im remembering the early series wrongly, but the characters now seem like exaggerated versions of themselves, the cat has turrned into liberace, i remember him being cool rather than camp.
still better than most of the crap on tv though.
