that's not what seitse wrote though.

it's an idiomatic put down, typically associated with sweden vs finland hockey matches, or the yearly track & field match. both are locally maybe even bigger than WC matches or tournaments in their importance. it's a sort of 'siblings' type of situation. bloody clashes between, but when sweden is against someone else most finns usually root for sweden. "nobody beats my brother except me!"
