I made a suggestion for this in site ideas Thread 196081 and it has become the longest running thread in that forum’s history with ALL of the histrionic shrill of objections coming from members of The Ghost Chamber. N ...[text shortened]... moment of RHP Forum Gold which should be printed off and hung on the office wall at the Newbury HQ.

So some appreciate the posting of duplicate account owners more than others.

I don't care much about multiple accounts. But I do support Russ's rule about getting rid of returning banned users.

Most second or even third accounts don’t post at all, except by mistake or to have a little troll.

Primary uses for second accounts are:
1. for a non subscriber to play more than the 6 game limit (these accounts rarely post in or use the forum functions)
2. for a returning banned user to get back on the site (Kevin Eleven, Executioner Brand, Romans1009 for examples)
3. to use the thumbing function
4. to use the voting function

3. and 4. would be come obsolete if made only available to subscribers. Hence all the tantrums from a certain few in my Site Ideas thread.

2. are easily spotted as it is very difficult to be who you aren’t for any length of time. Good luck to those who return and successfully post within the guidelines.

So, I think Suzianne's "Stalinism" analogy is a dud.

I think the analogy should stand if dive has committed lets say at least 4 of the following crimes:

Nearly a million executions
Forced labor
Deportation
Famine
Massacres
Detention and interrogation
Genocide
Execution of tens of thousands of hostages and prisoners
Murder of hundreds of thousands of rebellious workers and peasants.
