Not surprising. The same thing happened when Michael Jackson passed away. If Ebay had been around when Elvis passed on, there would have been something similar to what your seeing with Robert Malcolm now.

My aunt has ALL of his LP's, she is a collector, and bought doubles of some. She has "Whispers" unopened in mint condition first pressing. It's worth a small fortune right now.
