Are you lot a bunch of clowns or what?? The guy was a tool, he stole most of his good stuff, "baby please don't cry" is a total rip-off of "baby pleae don't go" from the '30s, just poped up a bit.
Just because copy laws didn't exist in the early decade of the 20th century doesn't mean it's ok to thieve! Led Zeppelin did exactly the same thing in the 70's.
