I even sat out on my deck for 15 minutes staring in the di ...[text shortened]... nd over and it's bumming me out.
And I know I'm drinking way too much coffee lately.

I know its not SAD. I think there's a few things at work here. I'm not in a marriage anymore. This is not something that bums me out, though. I have more time alone than ever before. This has got to be part of it. I think this past summer I got outside and did a lot more by myself and then winter hit pretty fast and screwed it all up.

Indoor rock climbing? Is that any fun or a one time deal thing?

5 minutes in the rays every other day or so might do you some good if it's sunlight your body is craving... but if you don't tan at all, I'm not sure of a solution.
Stop in and talk with someone if you have the option, you might be able to get 10 sessions or so cheap if they are going to be short ones. Can't hurt to try, and it will give you something to do and look forward to.
