I've a keen interest in psychology and have recently been reading about the psychology of children.
I think you will be able to answer a question for me, which I haven't seen answered elsewhere. It relates to the behaviour of bold children who act up to get attention. Any attention, whether it be positive or negative, is good attention. They don't c ing that has always intrigued me, and I'll value your expert opinion on it.

I have always enjoyed seeing other people laughing. I feel happy when other people close to me are laughing and happy. I try very hard to try to make other people laugh, and I try hard... too hard at times. People often become annoyed and ask me to leave when I try to be funny, but come across as mean, racist, etc.... I try so hard, because every once in a while, I strike gold, and someone, if even just one, will laugh either at me or with me. I guess at my deepest subconscience levels, that one laugh is worth all of those rejections.

I think he said something good at a company meeting, everyone laughed... and he promptly collected his stuff and left the office for the day.

Whenever people look at me aghast, I just stand up and say "I'll get my coat".
Whenever somebody in my company bombs, I just shout "TAXI FOR WHOEVER", say, "Badum...PLOP" or simply that sound from cartoons "waaaa, waaaaa, WAAAAA"

...this is dribble ( unless of course you are reading it from a comitern manual then it is ok )...humans have two souls..not one...one is an animal soul and one is a human soul...the two are in conflict...in some children the animal soul dominates and they are "bold" and in those who human soul
dominates they are "quiet"...this of course changes as they mature and as
the home and society influence them...each soul has a hunger...the food that is given allows one soul to dominate...so in answer to your query..put down that clap trap the sociology "professor" is handing out ( unless it is from the comitern manual, then read, digest and repeat it correctly ) and read plato...you will learn more from the classics than you ever will from anyone who wrote anything after 1945....

Die eine will sich von der andern trennen;
Die eine hält, in derber Liebeslust,
Sich an die Welt mit klammernden Organen;
Die andere hebt gewaltsam sich vom Dust
Zu den Gefilden hoher Ahnen.
