Beauty of nature? Sogn og Fjordane and the Lofoten islands (both in Norway) come to my mind here. Beauty in the skies? Northern Norway, Sweden or Finland (the latter isn't part of Scandinavia, but who cares?) in autumn, winter or spring (during the summer it doesn't get dark, so you can't see the aurora, although the midnight sun is quite nice as well). Architectural beauty? Bergen (Norway) is beautiful and historically interesting. I think both Oslo and Stockholm have a lot to offer as well, but I don't know either of them very well. Beauty of women? You'd better ask someone else... Same goes for pubs. As mentioned, alcohol is very expensive here (it's cheaper in Sweden). For Swedish meatballs you should probably go to Sweden. I don't know about fish with dill sauce, but you can get lots of delicious and/or weird fish dishes here in Norway. I don't know how it compares to Sweden.
