Most I ever did with bench is 240 with 4 reps, and 3 sets. but I only weighed about 160 at the time. That was my best. I boxed at that time, (no not apples) so didn't want to get to bulked up, it slows you down considerably...But I was young and full of piss and vinegar.

I don't think I could do that right now, but then I am just working on the dumbell...Had that surgery back in Feb of this year on my bicep tendon. They had to screw the tendon into the bone on the forearm, so I am still doing the dumb-bells.
