Really poor audio and video, hard to understand what they are saying.
Other than that, the Joker should be kicked out, this is a pandemic and when a country makes rules about it, they better be obeyed especially by foreigners.
It is clear this is not about money, the INTEREST on his money will give him 4 or more million a year even if he stops playing completely.
