I find that my day is enhanced if I just take a few shots of whiskey real early in the morning, right after I get outta bed. and then around noon or so I usually have a couple of martinis just to get my head straight. and then around 2 or 3 I usually have one bourbon,one scotch and one beer(usually a Guinness). so, basically my advice to you is drink as much f..cking alcohol as you can and you wont have to worry about stuff.
