What exactly does this mean? I've read it several times and it makes no sense to me, what are you suggesting I get over?
I know young people like to experiment. People get older and most of the time they develop a sense of responsibility towards themselves and towards their partner and kids, brothers, sisters and parents.
I firmly believe (young) people should be told the truth about cannabis and the serious physical and mental health-risks involved. Science is studying more and more these risks concerning the use of cannabis.
The perception that cannabis is an innocent drug should be looked upon for what it is: A hippy-myth that originated in the sixties from the 20th century.
Originally posted by ivanhoeAnd I'm saying that your opinion that people actually believe cannabis is innocent is misguided and patronising. If you want to educate people on the effects of it, fine. But making out that no-one knows anything about it when they start it is IMO inaccurate and I don't imagine you doing the same with either alcohol or nicotine, both of which have severe helath risks.
