Just for the hell of it how long can you hold a plank if you even know what exercise that is? 🙂

I'll spend my time as I see fit, I get my exercise each day but thank you for your sincere concern of course.

What accusations would you be talking about Andy? I don't know that you are actually kept in the loop about everything going on to be quite honest with you.

Then you don't know anything lemon, had one ever since I was about 15-16 and kept it, some men I know can't see past their gut and they are younger than me. They ask how I stay so fit and I tell them I work at it of course, and older you get the harder you have to work, or you do wind up with the gut like your wearing, sorry pal! You decided to go there. How long can you hold a plank or do you know what exercise it is? BTW: I never drank anything less than a 24 remember alcoholic? 6 pack would just be a tease.
