We don't approve of shouting and swearing chefs here. Not only would he scare the staff, but also customers and their pets. The Tavern would soon turn into a dilapidated place. Jamie Oliver perhaps? 🙂

Weather Update:
All our rain washed away most of the snow, and we are sitting at 0C. We had a lot of wind and rain yesterday still 5,000 customers without power in Nova Scotia. Again we got lucky and didn't lose ours.
