I'm just back from a visit to a Czech restaurant in Gothenburg which was established in 1973 - Gyllene Prag (Golden Prague). Interesting menu, great variety of Pilsner - pale lager beer. I suggested to my friend Lisbeth that we make a visit there once a month to go through the menu. Maybe I can learn enough to add some dishes to the Tavern menu.
