In Toronto, if they had such a warning they'd call in the Armed Forces......oh wait they're all in Afghanistan.
The whole Canadian army? All 10 soldiers?

If I had 8 months of snow, I could see having chains or studs. Other than that, this could be the first and last snow fall of the season.

I was under the impression that New England gets loads of snow.

It is always snowing here. We get a warning if it isn't going to snow. Its either the hum-drum-snow storm, or lake effect snow. Either way, its snow. I have to go outside everyday and clear a spot for my dog to do her thing. She can't make it through the deep snow, and then squat besides. Have mercy.

I HATE the weather where I am. 85 degrees here again, and I have to mow the damn lawn, AGAIN!

The A/C bill is going to be enormous! ๐Ÿ˜ž

I'll trade you a small amount of snow and cold for a little sun and warmth (just a little sun and warmth, we don't want all the snow to melt).

High of 25 F here today.

Southern New England not so much... back in the late 70's, yes.

2 and 3 years ago, yes.

Last year, not so much. 5 years ago... not so much.

This year, time will tell.

So are we talking Kennebunk, Maine: Nashua, New Hampshire or Battleboro, Vermont?

I wouldn't call any of those places Southern New England. I'd tell you what state.. but it's so small you could walk down most roads yelling Phlabibit and eventually someone would pull over or yell out their window EXACTLY where I live.
