it's not really something i can explain you just have to taste and get used to the cheese we (uk and ireland) make before going back to american cheese to really appreciate how much nicer our cheese is.

i come from the land of cheese in a cheese eating family, i know cheese.
There was Dutch lady I went to school with her son, they had a farm and I spent a summer on the farm. Now she made cheese which she sold. I think that is the only cheese I ever ate I can say I actually did enjoy.
