People don't get bans because they are hated. They get bans for breaking the rules, and permanent bans are given for having a history of breaking the rules. You're trying to twist things here with some tangential trickery and it just doesn't fly.
Just accept the fact that there's no way to have an accurate list like this without having everyone who posts on the general forum participate in a survey in which they will expose a list of people that they hate. Very few people are going to do that, Russ will never agree to making a poll.
Also, you probably won't be very high up on that list as the majority of people on this forum have only been posting for less than three years. Even Very Rusty can't understand why you should be on the list. If it was a democracy, you'd lose this election, sorry. I know that it must mean a lot to you.
