For whatever reason, the main question that I've seen pop up in all the conversations I've had about this movie is what the best light-saber battle is. I've mostly been hearing surprisingly the battle in Episode III between Yoda and Darth Sidious, along with the most popular one, Vader and Luke in The Empire Strikes Back. Personally, the only light saber battle I could watch over and over is the double-sided lightsaber battle with Darth Maul at the end of Episode I. Why, oh whyyyy did Lucas kill off such a wicked character in one movie, yet Jar Jar Binks makes it into Episode II?!!! 🙁 Meh.

Originally posted by NyxieJar Jar Binks was a pawn if I've ever seen one in a movie. From my standpoint, it looks like Lucas needed a way to tie things together and get the ball rolling on a few of his storylines, so he decided to whisk together this unbelieveably flat, annoyiing character who doesn't even get a line in Episode III (not one that I can recall anyway).

i heard this wasn't scripted, and that harrison ford improvised it to annoy carrie fisher but the director loved it.
too good to be true?
