i'd be more worried about the CIA and long-range, high-power rifles than the possibility of the US striking any given location with an induced earthquake.

I think it is good. However manipulation of storms through pushing the ionosphere🙂 out and releasing may give way to accidents. Id be more worried about the Chinese who are buying up land around the world actually.
