Believe it or not, that album was released in '91. 14 years ago! We're getting old, eh?

although i have got a friend who's obsessed by him, which is kinda weird. better than being obsessed by death metal though. one of my friends was listening to some random peice and the vocalist (i was gonna say "singer", but...yeah...) was screaming "i am the anti christ!"
yeah, cause the ant christ is gonna join a rock group and cause havok by screaming about it...meh.
Originally posted by Starrmanyou know, before you do that, why not go to Amazon and listen to a sample? i did this recently with Can because i had heard great things, but the sample convinced me to buy something else instead. i'm not saying that it wasn't good, but at least you can see if it is your kind of thing before you part with your hard earned...
I've decided to go with Darvlay's suggestion of Can, I shall post a review of it as and when I have listened/considered. Rec coming your way Darv.
Originally posted by dfm65I thought about it, but the whole point of this thread was to broaden my tastes without clouding my choices too much. If I listened to the tracks before and decided I didn't like them, I'd never be stepping outside my safety zone. This way I get to try something new and perhaps something (like the last thread's suggestion) which I will grow to love. Agreed the opposite is also possible, but I'm cool with that.
