I just had some fish n chips before I workout in the afternoon. For preworkout my shake consisted of protein & oats. Chips are not the best thing but i will hit the iron pretty hard and get that shiat out of my system.
I just had a traditional snack... Karelia pie with egg butter.
Yum yum!
All you have to do is to boil some eggs until they're ready, then you smash them in a bowl together with a considerable amount of butter, add salt to taste and voilà.
The pie, however, I don't know how to do. I just buy it in the supermarket, sorry 😳
last night's supper...
grilled a pound of shrimp...
laid they lovely lil bodies upon a soft bed of basmati rice...
topped wit a half puond of melted butter into which wuz sauteed; chopped rosemary, dill, basil, chives and garlic, a few drops of tabasco, paprika, pepper, 1 teaspoon tomato paste, 1 teaspoon lime juice.
accompanied by a st pauli girl NA...
today, i am fat...
and contented...
