US television deceny laws prohibit the broadcasting of those types of images unless a disclaimer is attached before the images are shown. Even then, studio execs are loath to do it because they are inundated with complaints from their viewers, and the companies that purchase air time don't want their products aired after segments like that.

There is only one place on US television that currently does show the true images (although sporadically) but most Americans don't watch this channel. It's called PBS.

Exactly, the perfect place to start a good domestic war. Idaho would be third on my list as it has the highest percentage of extremist wack jobs. Salt Lake City is my preference as it has the right mix of inbred religious zealotry, bigotry and general craziness. Plus, nobody really cares about SLC and a good civil war and/or general rioting would be great for ratings. All that would be required is to cut of food supplies in October, a harsh Winter will have those nut jobs fighting each other for food by Christmas.
