Would somebody be able to develop a formula to explain why the space is black , why it looks dark????? i don't know if I am making this question clear ???????????
When there is no electromagnetic energy in the light band being emitted or reflected to our eyes, our brain produces the image of black that you see.
There are lots of stars. This means the night sky should actually be light, not dark.
If I remember correctly it's got something to do with the stars we can see are in the way of the stars behind them and they may bend light so that we actually can't see the stars 'behind' them because their light never reaches us...
The theory has a name: something paradox...?
