It matters because Scribs made it an issue. He proclaimed that Kirksey was banned bacause he was black. Aside from the fact that Kirksey was actually banned for something he said and not his imaginary color, such a claim (even in jest) can desensitize people so that next time a claim is made it becomes easier to negate and ignore (even if it is actually factual).

What exactly is a legal war? Great propaganda. Just as good as ours. The fact is, your a little guy, from a little land, and youre never gonna be a big guy from a big land. My hostility towards you? In the past, as in this thread, you fired the first shot. Time and again. With me you arent going to get someone thats going to back down, I've seen thousands of chips on thousands of shoulders, and yours is right up there with the best.
