Let's say my account was deleted for persistent racist remarks about, say, Melanasian Indonesians, and if I wanted to return here to post on the various forums that I have frequented as FMF for the last 15 years, I'd wait a while, start an account called "FMF2", tell the website that I was hoping to return and that I would not be mentioning Melanesians ever again, and then post on the forums and announce that it's me posting once again.
