As the puzzle solver, GOAD has the right to set the next puzzle here.
My bold dots are the biggest black dot on page 2 of my android keyboard, others may have different sources.

The consonants are missing but you know where they should be and you have all the volves. Restore the missing consonants to reveal the word. And then set a restore-the-word puzzle for the next poster to solve.
Over time players have added a few guidelines: single-word solution, y is shown if it acts as a vowel, spacing and letter-count clearly visible, and clues may or may not be cryptic.
