@Drewnogal saidLikewise. I think of a word which has a suitable mix of letters, then try to think of a quirky clue that will make it obvious that you've found the right word when you get it. I would show Y as a vowel only if it acts as a vowel, eg tryst or lymph but not stray or yacht.. What's your technique?
I might but not straight away if it makes the word too easy.
