@great-big-stees saidNo. Lie.
You are right about the braggarts. It's the "quiet ones" ya gotta be really careful with.
The dangerous ones never say much, they let their big-mouth buddies take the initial heat.
Never take the group spokesman on first. Get the guy angling for position.

@very-rusty saidWow. Your brother having a black belt makes 'you' fit.
Patzering,
You have no idea of what shape I am in or how old I am for that matter. I have a brother who is black belt in karate can do pull ups with one arm, have you seen that done at the gym? He is 60 soon to be 61 and still competes in open tournaments full contact and they don't wear any gear and still place in the top 3 usually in 1rst. I been after him the last decade to pack it in before some young buck puts him in a wheelchair.

Who'd have thought it?

@suzianne saidI've seen him in both, even fought with him against others in street fights. He doesn't even want me to tell anyone he is in the martial arts and I don't. On here no one has a clue who he is or me for that matter. He said what surprises them is they figure they are fighting an old man which they are, but don't understand the shape he is in and experience he has.
Winning a tournament and winning a street fight, with your ass on the line, are two totally different things. I don't brag either, but I just know that men brag far, far more than women, and I know most guys talk a lot and can't back it up. I'm small (5'3", 160cm for you euros) and men underestimate me all the time. I'm also 43 but I'm in the best shape I've ever b ...[text shortened]... When I was 20, I was soft, like most women, but I also couldn't fight my way out of a wet paper bag.
I wouldn't stand a chance against him and you could probably throw one of my other brothers in there who is a taekwondo instructer part time, along with being an LPN full time, and he would beat the two of us. He has been training since his teens, never been sick a day in his life. He would make guys in their 20's envious. I can't believe the shape he is in, more like early 30's really.
You never have to be concerned about guys that talk tough out in the real world, most can't back it up...It is the quiet ones or ones that joke and carryon and take everything easy that you really have to watch out for. The mouth artists try to intimidate with their mouth which seldom works against a good street fighter or someone in the Martial arts. Always had respect for Martial arts, but liked boxing personally and did some in my younger years.
Good for you, working out and being confident about yourself is important physically and mentally! I had heard you were 5'1" blonde 131 lbs and 31. I believe you are telling me the truth, still don't understand why you use language a man would use. That one puzzles me!!!
The End,

@suzianne saidI learned that, a long time ago, the hard way and paid for it but it never happened again. "Fool me once...".

@Ghost-of-a-Duke
I was wondering if you would show up.
@ghost-of-a-duke saidWho would have thought a smart ass remark coming from your fingers? 😛
Wow. Your brother having a black belt makes 'you' fit.
Who'd have thought it?
I wonder who could do the most push ups between you and I goad! 😉

@ghost-of-a-duke saidStill not a word on the amount of pushups you can do?
I'm half your age Napoleon.
Guess, no need in asking you how long you can hold a plank as you probably wouldn't know what I was talking about, and it has nothing to do with wood! 😉
