My statement isn't wrong, you just interpreted it wrong, let me put it in other words:
Suppo ...[text shortened]... 5 minutes (in that case you should've picked lower rated opponents)
[/b]I still don't get how you can say that it's rude to skip games. I'm busy & stressed at the moment, I read the forums to relax (usually), I have 18 games waiting for my attention and I don't intend to move in a single one of them today. I'm just not in a chess playing mood.

I can't see how I'm under moral obligation to move or being antisocial by doing this. I have, by the terms of the game, 7 days to make a move. I see nowhere anything saying that I have 7 days to move but must move faster if physically & mentally possible. You seem to only be seeing things from your perspective, sitting waiting for an opponent to move. Not everyone does or wants to play the same way or with the same intensity as you appear to.

I don't think it's rude to play to the rules of the game if that's how I chose to move. I might consider it rude for someone to tell me that I have to hurry up just because they're bored.

You should consider it a compliment. Your move is a puzzle sufficient to perplex your opponent; they can't think of a move to make!
