Here's mine;
Next door were playing their music loud, again. They've turned it off now, clearly their kids find it as hard as our to sleep with the noise so they've been swaring at them to get back up to bed and fall asleep. They're so lovelly.
The cat has cought a bird which it brought screaming, yes hte bird screamed it's a horrible sound, into the kitchen. We got he cat off the poor thing, which is still alive. It's so frightened that we've closed it in and turned out he lights, hopping it'll calm down and be able to fly away in the morning.

but stress and unhappiness are strictly optional. Appreciate your kind spirit and hope the bird flys.
All silent next door this morning, guess their sleeping in. No one seams to leave for work from that house. They've got he nicest car in the street though 😕
If I was petty minded I'd play our music too loud, but I'm not.
The bird flew out this morning but it's leg is broken so it's hiding in the bush we have in the frount garden. Hopefully it'll be safe there. I've grounded Citcat and most other cats leave our garden alone. Interstingly our kitchen window has a record number of bird poo (from the outside) all over it this morning!

Stress and unhappiness are critical internal factors (what we do to ourselves by reason of the cumulative effect of many point in time emotional reactions or objective responses which result in many sound or unsound decisions). Look around at celebrities as well as ordinary folks in your community. Many of modest means (even in poverty) enjoy varying degrees of relaxed tranquility and exhibit grace under fire. Many with wealth (even great wealth and power) live out their lives of misery at a frenetic pace in fragile states of anxiety, angst and an inordinate fear of losing status and/or have gradually become hellbent on some frantic search for stimulation, attempting to fill the happiness vacuum and tranquility void in their tail wags dog unstable souls. Operative word is contentment.
How so?

Stick around and prepare for the charge of invisible elephants. They're already on the horizon.
