She somehow lived and testified against the guy. Guess what? He's out of jail now! Yeah, after 15 years he's free as a bird... but that poor girl is living a life with no arms. I'd kill him myself if I e on. WHat the hell is wrong with our government!? He should've gotten a death sentence.
