I see only the 2011 calendar but I will be in vacation in january 2012 and I have to book tonight. How can I do that?

I don't think you can. This looks like an oversight by the admins.
All you can do is send feedback and ask the admins to book the days for you when the new calendar appears.
I would book Dec 31st and use the optional message facility to explain to your opponents.

I don't think it's an oversight - I can see the 2012 calendar and have booked 2012 vacation days.

CJ is correct. Click "My Settings" in the command bar above. Then "My Vacation Settings". Near the top of the next screen, right half of the bar is the tab marked 2012.

I have a game up showing a skull. I don't want to claim the skull and I don't want to resign and lose that many points. I can't claim a draw since it is his move. The game is about 10 moves along. Any other options? I'd just like to be rid of the game and challenge the guy in a month or two. Thx.

If your opponent is still around you might try sending a private message.

Other than that, all you can do is wait or take the skull.

Take the skull, store the game in the archive folder, move on. The permanent solution is to become a member with unlimited games instead of your current 6 games. Then dead game can just sit there.

Why on earth not?

If it's out of "courtesy", consider how discourteous your opponent is in not moving.

You'll just have to bin it
Does that also apply to tournament games? Was in a 1/1 format and claimed the skull with fewer than 3 moves completed.

You get the tournament game win but it is not a rated game and thus doesn't affect your rating. But, again, you get the win.
