@Very-Rusty said“Sculls” are for watercraft enthusiasts. Oh “skulls”, nah they’re for anthropologists.👍😁
That could be something I should be doing as I play so many games and end up making silly blunders because of the amount of games going. I should probably take it a little more seriously. Note suggestion is a very good idea moon.
Now back to over 7 years for Stees, on a 3/7 time limit. Isn't that mathematically impossible? Or are they just not taking skulls?? Stees???

@Great-Big-Stees saidOk that explains why it is lasting for over 7 years, you're not taking the skull when it comes up. 😛 😉

@Very-Rusty saidOther than in tourneys and even then, if my opponent is someone I’ve played before I usually don’t take them, I don’t take them. My 7 year opponent is one of those “friends”.

@Great-Big-Stees saidAny friends of mine wouldn't keep a game going 7 years, seems very strange to me. Then again, I don't have your sense of humor.

@Very-Rusty said“Your” sense of humour is a lot different than mine but then “differences”, is what makes the world such an interesting place.

@Great-Big-Stees saidI just wouldn't find keep a game going for over 7 years to be funny. Of course I may take the game a little more seriously than you do. I guess it would be compared to how you take your golf. 🙂

@Very-Rusty saidAs I said, our sense of humour is different.

@Great-Big-Stees saidCertainly agree, especially if you consider a game going for over 7 years funny....I guess you would feel differently if it was golf! 🙂

@Very-Rusty saidWell you’d be wrong. I have, for many years, taken my golf as I do my chess. Both are games for which I pay and am not paid to do. Now there was a time when I thought, because I WAS good at golf, that the idea of being paid to play golf might have been something I might have perused but then schooling, work and family changed those thoughts. Although still “pretty good” at golf it’s a lot more FUN now.👍

@Great-Big-Stees saidYou missed my point...I don't believe you would find it funny to have a golf game last for 7 years plus!!!

@Very-Rusty saidAux contraire mon ami, I would find that very amusing.😁👍

@moonbus
Too funny. Yes, this game is likely to go on for a very long time... but I'm gonna stick with it. After getting advice from yourself and others, I immediately changed my timeout period to the least possible time allowed, (cause that's the kinda guy I am), and I also reviewed the profile of everyone that I was playing to look at their timeout period, (with all being reasonable except for this guy). This is something that I will continue to do from now on before accepting a challenge from anyone.
@Ragwort
Thanks... great advice. I am employing that strategy, and not letting it get to me anymore... as it previously was.
