The error appears to occur at move 8.
White moves the King to e2, but the board shows it having moved to f1.
In the last position (move 34), the King is really on e5.

I can see the problem - an inconsistency in the move history records and actual board position, but I can't duplicate the problem.
Unfortunately, I will just need to sign this one off as a glitch in the matrix, and see if there is a way I can put further validation in to prevent it again.
