I don't really think anyone has too much of a style until they understand the game a bit better. Maybe around some like 1500 here or 1700 USCF or something. To have a style, you kind of have to understand the game, to twist principles your way and to choose a set of openings. Anyone else agree?

Your style is positional. You prefer to try to get an advantage without giving up any material. The strongest Grandmasters in the world are all positional players who have incorporated tactics into their play. After looking at your games I suggest you continue with the Queen's pawn opening for White followed by 2.c4 The variations that come about from these openings are positions that you will feel comfortable in.
The following paragraphs are available for public reading, so they are just for fun, ok?
I once met a man who told me he could tell anything about a person once he played them a game of chess! Do they take risks? Are they well off or pressing to make ends meet? Etc, etc. So, here's what your play says about yourself:
Your play indicates that you are in the category of "making ends meet". You do not have extra money to throw around, and you've never known what it was like to be able to buy the things you want... even struggle at times to get the things you really need.
While many people would feel you have suffered from this, you have not. You take pride in your accomplishments and you respect the things that you do have. This is why you could never be a gambit player. You work hard towards a goal, making little strides of progress as you go. The gambit player throws everything in the game and if he/she losses they just start another game!
You, you put more value into your game. You take losses seriously. You have a drive to improve your game (which is subconsciously synonymous with improving your life).
Good Luck on improving your game... and OH! As an extra benefit, try this free website. I give it out to all my chess students:

I disagree with arrakis, your play is not positional. In fact, most of your moves appear to occur without any positional considerations at all.
Take this game, for example:
Game 958278[/
6. Nxc6 is a positional blunder. You exchange your centrally positioned knight that you've already moved twice (who might move to f3 or b3, but only after being forced to) for the dubious return of strengthening black's center pawn majority. You made a tactical blunder which ended the game prematurely, but had it continued I'm sure you would've seen black advance his center, cut your forces in half and strangle you even if you managed to play well tactically.
I also don't see much evidence of a coherent plan, which is usually evident in positional play.
Since we're around the same rating, why don't you challenge me to a game?
